Oh cut it out, Steve. Actually, I'm a Scottish but also slightly German
good ol' White American Mutt.

Mince is quite tasty. Brown a pound of ground beef (Sheldon would yell
"Mystery meat!"). Drain off all but about 1 Tbs. of fat. Season with
S&P and add a Tablespoon or so (couple of glugs at least!) of
Worcesteshire sauce and a half a cup of water. Simmer to reduce the
liquid, about 10 minutes, until you have a sort of clear gravy. Spoon
the "mince" with gravy over hot mashed potatoes. This was poor people's
food and quite tasty.

As for the peas, baby peas are really the only ones I like. I buy them
frozen when the local farm stands aren't selling them fresh. If you
prefer large green peas, have at 'em!
