nothing i've ever heard of. tomatoes are new world
crop, not sure what preserves well in rain forests,
not much i don't think...

i'm sure it could be, then distilled. *hic*

however, what i've been smelling after a few
days is mostly vinegar (before i bury the scraps).
potent stuff too.
