Yep! This is why the dance studio only provides tiny cups. They take a break
halfway through class for water. If they are still thirsty after they finish
that cup, they can go get another. That gives them enough of a break to let
the water settle.

I caused myself bad trouble last summer by running far too alkaline. I was
drinking water with lemon, lime or other fruits in it but I did not realize
that the water I bought was actually alkaline. I assumed it just had
electrolytes in it. Nope.

Apparently most Americans tend to be too acid. Not me and not my daughter.
Most likely because the bulk of our diet is vegetables. She actually eats
fruit almost daily as well. We've been tested several times and we're always
slightly alkaline.
