Although I am a FIRM believer in bacon grease for frying
my mother used to make potato cakes and fried them in
bacon grease. They were just to 'heavy' for me and I'd
usually end up with a queasy stomach.
I wonder how koko's recipe would be prepared but using
a cooking spray and baking them?
