He nailed it, the banana is indeed lamentably bland. Why is it so popular?
Because its easy to peel, even a child can do it.
Instead of spending bazillions of dollars finding a fix for the banana
blight, I would like to see the money spent on developing a peelable papaya!
Then you will have a fruit worthy of the Calories.
