Over ripe or rotten? If rotten use for compost. If just over ripe
You can remoe the skins and cook them to make a syrup for cake/ice
cream, or for mixed drinks, maybe frozen margaritas... but you'll need
a fine sieve to remove those nasty seeds. Once the seeds are removed
freeze in an ice cube tray.
