Default Over-ripe kiwi fruit

I bought too much at Costco -- again!

In our recent awful hot spell, the ones in the garage got too ripe.

Anybody have suggestions how to use? I hate to throw them away

TIA

Over ripe or rotten? If rotten use for compost. If just over ripe
You can remoe the skins and cook them to make a syrup for cake/ice
cream, or for mixed drinks, maybe frozen margaritas... but you'll need
a fine sieve to remove those nasty seeds. Once the seeds are removed
freeze in an ice cube tray.

Thanks for suggestion.

Just over-ripe. So I can scoop out the flesh and make a syrup. How long cook, and need to add anything? Lemon? Other?

Anybody else have thoughts?
