Is there a way to slice meat thinly as luncheon meat at home?

For me - when the ratio of cost (in whole dollars) vs times used
reaches 1:1, it becomes worth it. Cleaning is tedious, but not
difficult, so that's a non-issue - but I'd add that the type of person
who won't use the food processor simply because "it's too hard to
clean" shouldn't even consider buying a food slicer.
