Same trimming is required whether home grown or from the stupidmarket, I simply
pinch the stem end off with my thumbnail... only requires about ten minutes per
pound. Of course you can have your mommy prep your greeny beanys. Me, I
actually enjoy prepping the fruits of my labors. Maybe you have a sore butt...
a little more Preparation H and/or a little less dick should do your trick.
