You guessed it. I am in Australia. But we still get powdered parmesan in a
green cardboard "can" (the Perfect brand; maybe Kraft as well). I was thrown
off earlier trying to think of a green metal can. Incidentally, the powder in
those things is about the coarseness I'm looking for.
