I had unexpected guests once for lunch. I made fish tacos with soft
corn tortillas, frozen, breaded fish fillets, shredded cabbage, lime
juice and mixed some sour cream with lime juice and jarred salsa to put
on top. They loved them and couldn't believe that I'd prepared such a
"nice" lunch on such short notice.

I guess I'm a moron.
