It's a combination of things:
1. People watching me "work."
2. People trying to carry on a conversation while I'm trying to do something.
3. Making dinner -- meat, starch, vegetable -- so that everything is ready at
the same time already stretches my multitasking abilities. A salad you just
rip, wash, slice, and toss.
