I bougth a bunch a couple weeks ago and I must agree with you: fresh peas
are wonderful. I cooked mine in a skillet over a quick soffritto (carrot,
celery an donion), with just an inch of concentrated tomato paste and had
them as a side for a cheese and salami dinner.
