Default Sale Price for Corned Beef

Yep, that's been my experience with the pricing. Everyone talks about
these great sale prices but I never see them. I guess we live in the
wrong places.

I even called WalMart <gasp> to inquire. (Not that driving 30 miles
would amount to much of a savings.) I asked to speak with someone in
the Grocery/meat department. They put me on "ignore" for 5 minutes. I
called back. The same person answered and this time asked what I want
to talk to them about! Corned Beef. "What?" Corned Beef. "Do you
want to know the price?" Yes, I'd like to know the price per pound.
She put me on hold again. Meanwhile, I transferred a load of laundry
from the washer to the dryer and started another load. I've been on
hold this time for going on 10 minutes. The first load of laundry will
be done by the time they can find someone to answer the friggin
question. I'm being stubborn, just waiting to see how long they ignore
me. (Just another reason not to shop at WalMart.)
