A friend of mine has a Siamese called 'Gadget', and a big boofy pooch
called 'Jackie Tan' (yes, he's tan and white). Seems Gadget is very
particular about who gets near him and is allowed to touch him and
'rules the roost' in the house. That didn't wash with me, and every time
I go there, I rough him up and smack him around.
Then ignore him.
He then comes looking for me, rubbing himself up against my legs,
jumping up on my lap, and allowing me to rough him up some more, rough
massages, dragging around on the floor, grabbing his head in my hand and
shaking it, grabbing his ears etc.... and he loves it!!

Anyone else tries it.... he shreds them!!

Jackie Tan tried the big boofy "I'm the top dog" crap with me, and I
smacked him in the mouth.... he's nipped a few other people (the SO
included), and he went to try it once with me and wore the
consequences..... now he too comes up and wants to 'play nice' with me,
but terrorises everyone else!!

Pets/animals will rule your life and treat you like shit if you let
them, you have to show them who is 'top dog'.... unless of course you
like being subjegated by everyone.

Success isn't so difficult.
Just bite off more than you can chew,
then go do it.
