Just like it's spelled. Chi-POT-le. "Chi" as in "chihuahua,"
"pot" to rhyme with "moat," and "le" with sort of the same 'e'
sound as "sled."

Lots of people, particularly here in Texas, pronounce it as
though it were spelled "chipolte," with the final syllable
a hominym for "tea." That's just silly.
