Scratch also. I make eight cups of flour so I have enough dry mix for
four batches. Add buttermilk, eggs, a touch of vanilla later.

Blueberry. About a pint to a batch.

Real maple syrup, grade B.

I also use leftover pancakes for breakfast during the week. I put
them in the toaster to heat up. On a small plate, I re-heat a couple
of strips of bacon and pour a little syrup, microwave for 20 to 30
seconds and then when the pancakes pop, put them on top of the warm
syrup. Pretty easy at 5:30 in the morning
