Default At what time of day do you decide what's for supper?

My wife usually remembers to take some meat out of the freezer. As
supper time approaches we think about what to do with it. It will depend
on what fresh vegetables we have on hand. If there are no fresh
vegetables we switch to plan B and look at frozen vegetables.
