I think you're right with the dark brown sugar-I used light brown and it
wasn't a deep enough flavor. Also, a gal at work said she uses apple
cider vinegar instead of juice and that sounds better to me also-mine
was missing a tanginess that vinegar gives. I have had pulled pork with
carolina slaw on it before and the vinegar is definitely a taste that
works.
