Default canadian grapes?

Rumour has in in my area (New Zealand) that wineries allow people to
hand-pick after the mechanical pickers have been through. There would
seem to be some truth in the rumours because a few years back I was a
2nd-hand recipient of some grapes, but at the moment I'm still trying to
find a source to the season about to start.

I drive past vineyards everyday so I'm ideally situated. And I fod 2
buckest off my own vine last weekend, which is a table grape type rather
than a wine grape.
