Ohhhhh, I LOVE winter squash, and so does my hubby, thank goodness! We
cut it into chunks and fill a 9 x 13 inch pan with it and sprinkle with
salt & pepper, sprinkle some brown sugar over it and dot it with butter.
Bake at 350º for 1 hour...covered for half the time. We eat the entire
pan!
