making wine from welch's / aged wine-makers!

I started making wine at age 15 and am now 49. I volunteer as a part
time "cellar rat" at a friend's commercial winery, but I mostly make FA
hybrid wines from my own small home planting. Yes, I started with
Welches and have, perhaps, learned a bit. But, as you say, there's a lot
still to learn. Let's hope we don't run out of new things (and wines!)
to discover.
