Why does manufacturers have to be responsible for the consumer being an
ignorant slob?

Guns are more deadly than plastic bags so should the manufacturers should be
held responsible for killings? Should they be banned? New laws prohibit
knives with sharp blades and points too.

Who dumps the trash in the ocean? Both consumers and some municipalities
wee responsible for that mess.
