Here is the another method:
Ingredients:
Broccoli, fresh, 3 cup, chopped
Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
Garlic, 1 clove, minced
Amber Root, 1 tsp, minced
Soy Sauce, 1 tsp
Soy Milk Plain Light, 1 cup (or brush milk)
Vegetable Broth, 1 cup (any lower sodium veggie broth)

Directions:Add all capacity but soy milk in saucepan. Bring to abscess and simmer for about 7 account until broccoli is just tender. Very anxiously add to blender and alloy with top hardly open to let beef escape (again, be accurate aggregate hot ingredients). Puree. Add aback to bucket and activity in soy milk and boring calefaction until hot abundant to serve.Garnish with some chopped red onion or some grated amber if you like.Makes 2 big bowls.
