Can't help with the PA, but I'm a short skip south in Maryland.

Have you tried any dobbelbocks? From what you've said, you should enjoy
them, and they're in season. Personally, I ordered a keg of DeGroen's
dobbel today, and I'm looking forward to tapping that! (I don't know if
DeGroen's is bottling it, but if you run in to Baltimore they'll sell
you a growler.)
