I've been thinking about a vegetarian tamale
filling. Maybe that nacho cheese sauce that
comes in a #10 can, some vegetarian refried beans,
whole canned corn, whole black beans, and chopped
onions. I haven't tried any of this yet, I'm
just thinking about it.
