Hardly. Men burn approximately 125 calories running a mile. Four miles
would only be 500 calories. That's a large fry at McDonalds. Hardly
eating anything one wants.
His running without changing his diet would result in losing a pound a
week. Combined with cutting calories he would lose weight at a faster
rate then that.
