3. Evap milk is shelf-stable, so people get used to having it
Me, I'm spoiled rotten. I usually drink only fresh milk. I stopped
by
Panera Bakery last week and got milk and a muffin. The milk was
UHT pasteurized, and tasted cooked. It was nasty.
