There is always at least one person who couldn't do it on the
appointed day, but did it earlier or later and usually posted pictures
about what they made too. It all works out in the end. Participating
in chat while cooking makes it a real cook along and a lot of fun, but
for those who hate chat period or just can't do it that day - there
are other ways to participate. I'd love to see the chat room busy
around the clock on cook along day. I'd love to see Aussies in the
chat room cooking along in their time zones, Europe and Africa cooking
along in theirs and of course, USA/Canada cooking in their time zones.
Too bad we don't hear from Honduras (or was that Costa Rica) anymore
in chat.

I love cooking with wine.
Sometimes I even put it in the food.
