Use wooden spoons or plastic, and put the starter in a large ziplock ( you
usually get it that way...I always gave it in one.
No on the KA bowl, glass only. I used to make five batches, kept one and gave
two away, then I had two to make the bread or buns... loved the cinnamon
bread... thick sliced with butter and raspberry jam.
