Carol, you took it wrong, I posted the recipe exactually as the Chef
from the Siam restaurant supplied it. I didn't touch it in any way
except to post it here as someone said the other didn't seem to be
spicy enough, if that's not good enough for you than please put me in
your killfile.... I won't do that to you as your recipes are usually
quite interesting.
