When Biden was used as the spokesperson for the Democratic Party, I thought
he was little more than a windbag that droned on for no apparent reason.
When I had a few chances to hear him speak off the cuff, I gained new
respect for him. He has some good ideas on foreign policy and how to handle
Iraq too.
