Look at Atkins diet, it's not what the propagandist and ignorant repeat. I
eat more vegy's then I ever have. Sugar and sugar in the form of pasta,
bread, potatoes, carrots in gross excess are what kicks up the body weight.
You have to be willing to stop and study what you can and can't eat and be
willing to cook more of your own food, but you'll never regret it.
