should you be allowed to have a semi-automatic? how long does it take to
shoot 13 people? will one of your ace citizen-markmen have time to squeeze
off a perfectly placed shot to defend himself?

or is your thesis that if everyone is armed, no one would be crazy enough
to start shooting people for no reason?
