I listened to a podcast last week of Mark Bittman hawking his latest book,
Food Matters. In the book he talks about making a decision (for several
reasons) to not eat animal products before dinner each day. His health
improved, he lost weight and feels better. I've been thinking about giving
it a try but I'm pretty invested in dairy products for breakfast. Maybe
I'll give it a show next week and see how it goes.
