Really nice and easy to make-up, the anchovy must be a good idea.
One of my family's staples is "pasticcio di zucchine", where boiled and
mashed zucchini get mixed with bechamel sauce, grated parmigiano reggiano
and a bit of breadcrumbs on top to help the gratin.
