I like my double stainless - it's deep enough for my use and of
dimensions to accommodate a 13 inch pan - but what the heck - I am not
adverse to letting a pan soak on the counter overnight.

I had to live for years with a shallow, double porcelain job which
would barely hold a dishpan. No rinse hose either.

Say, what are those shallow little side sinks for anyway? I have seen
those coupled with one large deep bowl.
