You have to be much more careful when pressing the coffee into the container
when it is freshly ground, because it foams much more. Try it in a French
press and you'll see what I mean. Eight o'Clock will be way mild for
espresso, but it may be good.
I bought it for the last however many years I was there and people often
bring me some when they come to visit.
I despise Starbucks! Burnt.
