Good, just be sure it is free stuff. No reason to actually pay for smoking
wood as there are many sources of it for FREE. I just gave a way a big box
of hardwood scraps that would be good for smoking as I have too much. Ask
any friends that do woodworking to save you some. Maple, oak, cherry are
very prevalent. Check out the local fruit orchards at tree trimming time.
Take a few logs from the neighbors wood pile.
