The La Russe Gasstronomique has an interesting article on this, some
went so far as to condemn it as sinful and against the will of god, if
we were meant to use tools to eat with .....

A equally absurd argument was made about umbrellas, using them was
against gods will that we get wet.

Though i do like the idea of plates and bowls made of bread.
