Hey, my sister gave me one of those last Spring, sent by her Alaskan
daughter. I like it, although, IMHO, it's a PITA to store. Mine has a
wood stand-- a block of wood with a slit in it to hold it, blade into the
slit. One more thing on my already-crappy-cluttered counter. But I
like its cutting action--I usually use it in a rocking motion rather than
up and down chopping.
