Flatulence-producing foods
Speaking from experience, anybody who has actually successfully
excluded animal cremains from his or her diet AND made a conscious
effort to reduce intermediate substitutes of high protein source foods
within weeks of detox, is well aware that odor from flatulence, sweat,
etc. are noticeably/greatly reduced. At times (for convenience) when I
relied too much on nuts or soy- that has been a reason in itself for
me to go running (to sweat/detox). I don't smell like a flower yet but
I still eat too much protein.
