Default Flatulence-producing foods

there are only a few vegetables
which are notorious for odor, such as cauliflower and radish.

Flatulence-producing foods are typically high in certain
polysaccharides …

Nonsense, offensive odors emanating from the human and/or its feces
are the result of consuming far too much protein, especially cooked
protein.
http://ecologos.org/pp.htm
http://ecologos.org/pro.htm
http://ecologos.org/denature.htm
The odors in human meat-eaters’ feces, and from other body fluids, is
created by putrefactive bacteria residing in the large colon. They
metabolize –undigested- peptides and produce the offensive odors,
indole, skatole, putrescine, cadaverine,… ALL of which are amine
compounds. Amines contain the chemical entity –NH2.
Since amine groups enter the body ONLY in proteins, -undigested-
proteins must be the source of the amine radical. There are NO amines
in carbohydrates or fats: baby biochemistry.
OTOH, IF animal protein IS properly and completely digested into its
component amino acids, and they were successfully transported into the
cells, there would be NO “body odors” since amino acids have no
offensive odors. QED.
There are two fundamental issues created by consuming dead, rotting
animal corpses: quantitative and qualitative. Quantitatively, far too
much protein is consumed in animal products, nuts/seeds, beans,
pulses, … Qualitative barriers to efficient digestion is caused by
the undeniable fact that proteins are denatured by the high
temperatures of cooking, and that renders them indigestible.
Of course, stinky meat-eaters will lie about this based only on their
vast lack of personal experience, and no doubt insult me, personally,
for that is all they are skilled at. But the truth is that ANYone may
simply stop eating animals and dairy, and their offensive body,
breath, and menstrual odors WILL gradually disappear as the body
detoxes itself.
Anyone may receive these benefits by simple dietary change; even
Dragonbreath. ALL it takes is a little commitment to experiential
dietary reform.
Decades-old stink will disappear, permanently.
But, loyal to their self-destructive life-“style”, and anicentric
intellectual dysfunction, they will not have the interest or courage
to do this simple experiment, and thus remain stinky social pariahs.
http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/health/6180753.stm
They deserve their stink as a warning to decent people to stay away
from the Self-Poisoned Ones.
And, the biochemically-deprived ignorantti get what they deserve.

(especially oligosaccharides such as inulin) and
include beans, lentils, dairy products, onions, garlic, scallions,
leeks, radishes, sweet potatoes, cashews, Jerusalem artichokes, oats,
wheat, yeast in breads, and other vegetables. Cauliflower, Broccoli,
cabbage and other cruciferous vegetables that belong to the Brassica
family are commonly reputed to not only increase flatulence, but to
increase the pungency of the flatus. In beans, endogenous gases seem
to arise from complex oligosaccharide (carbohydrates) that are
particularly resistant to digestion by mammals, but which are readily
digestible by microorganisms that inhabit the digestive tract. These
oligosaccharides pass through the upper intestine largely unchanged,
and when these reach the lower intestine, bacteria feed on them,
producing copious amounts of flatus.[5] In the case of those with
lactose intolerance, intestinal bacteria feeding on lactose can give
rise to excessive gas production when milk or lactose-containing
substances have been consumed.

Any content in the colon which can be reduced by the critters there can
have as by products gases which to humans have an oder or not.
Regardless of oder the escape of the gases from the rectum is Flatulence.
Carbohydrates or fatty acids or protein can be the source of the gases
once produced.

There are more bacteria in the human colon then there are cells in the
human body. Bacteria are composed of protein and some suchdead bacteria
become the food source for other bacteria. Feces also contains protein
removed from the body as dead cells etc. as well as those from some food
sources.

The bacteria produce fatty acids which are the breakdown product of
undigestable carbohydrates eaten from plant sources. The less refined the
plant source the more such are not digestable and are fermented in the
gut. butyric acid is one such fatty acid which when fermented produces an
oder humans find objectionable. Other fatty acids are removed from the
body as a product of metabolism.

Given the above, any food source can produce Flatulence and depending on
which gas is produced an oder humans can smell will be produced.

“Reduce” has a specific meaning in chemistry, and that word does not
apply here.
Reduction describes the gain of electrons by a molecule, atom or ion;
so your claim is in error.

Regardless of oder the escape of the gases from the rectum is

Flatulence.

My comments were regarding the offensive-smelling amines produced by
consuming excess proteins, especially of animal origin. These odors
quickly disappear in a few days, if one abandons animal products, and
is not ingesting significant excesses of plant protein: nuts/seeds,
beans, pulses, … Over time, all "body odors" will disappear as the
body detoxes.

The issue is the typical AMINE compounds present in the feces of
carnivores and animal-eating humans. Several odoriferous amines were
identified by name. They are NOT fatty acids.

… butyric acid is one such fatty acid …

But, butyric acid does NOT have the characteristic amine odors
referenced.

… any food source can produce Flatulence and depending on

Methane is a common exhaust gas, but it does NOT have the specific
and characteristic amine odors produced by humans who consume the
animal proteins, or excessive amounts of any protein source.
I appreciate your attempt to respond, but please try to deal with the
specific issues raised.

Farting is the issue and the source thereof, consult subject line.
Undigested carbs ferment in the colon and produce gases and some of them
causes farting and some of them smell. As for meat, it was already said
eating it can be a source for proteine which can also be so fermented. As
can our own cells, we too are meat don't forget.

butyric acid is one such fatty acid

"

No, but neither does dsmell like roses, as to what referenced, farting and
smells and carbs can be a source.

Nor does consuming carbs make us fart and oder free, shall we be complete
in our discussion of the topic and not by ommission seek to mislead.
Science has no agenda, people do.

Farting and oder thereof was raised. Thanking you in future for not
trying to steer the topics you raise when they in their complete form are
found uncomfortable and dispell the pretty pricture you wish to paint.

Speaking from experience, anybody who has actually successfully
excluded animal cremains from his or her diet AND made a conscious
effort to reduce intermediate substitutes of high protein source foods
within weeks of detox, is well aware that odor from flatulence, sweat,
etc. are noticeably/greatly reduced. At times (for convenience) when I
relied too much on nuts or soy- that has been a reason in itself for
me to go running (to sweat/detox). I don't smell like a flower yet but
I still eat too much protein.
