Default I've gotta start eating more carbs

your regularly talking about fasting in the 80's and post meal numbers of
90's a hour after eating...and this is without meds..sounds like your doing
fine to me..its when you eat the carbs you got a probleme so guess
what?..dont eat carbs or find ones that dont spike you.
