You have to get the work area and tools read ahead of time and make sure to
be very careful around the caramel. Have a bowl of ice water handy in case
you need to plunge your hand into it. You will have to get a feel for the
process. Avoid doing it on a humid day. If you have an old whisk, you can
cut the looped end off and use it as a tool. Have fun. The ingredients are
cheap, so if you don't succeed at first, try again.
