I test each morning and then some time throughout the day.
I don't eat cake and candy everyday. EVERYTHING in moderation.
I take glucophage and that helps control the sugar level also.
I just work up and took it and it is 94.
I ate potatoes for dinner BUt had nothing after that.
My doctor is very pleased with all my readings. I was straight up with
her about eating carbs and sugar and she said as long as I don't over
do it.
