Default flowers as food

We also sampled an agave flower in the Saturday market in Tlaxiaco.
This name I forgot to write down - thought I would have no problem
remembering it. Anyway, they were slender, small oblong shaped and had
to be peeled like a banana. The inner fruit's texture was like sugar
cane and so sweet. A real treat.
