Default Rack and Bottle when temperature outside 95F

Looks like a barrel of Baco Noir has enough oak flavor. Will I run
into problems if I rack now with the outside temperature so high. Even
in my cellar it is in the mid 70s and very humid.

thanks
Joe

I would not worry about the temperature as much as over oaking. In fact, if
it needs racking, I would not worrt too much about temperature at time of
racking anyway.
