Hi folks,
I am very new to this and 4 days ago put my Rhubarb wine in a demijohn. Since that day it has been very alive. It is bubbling through the airlock. Should I remove the airlock and reduce the level in the demijohn or just leave it alone. Thanks in advance, Iain New Zealand |

If it's not coming out of the airlock you can leave it alone. The first
couple days are usually the most vigorous. As a general rule the warmer the fermentation the more vigorous. Joe |
