I have 2 carboys of fresh white wine. One was fined with bentonite,
and the other was left to settle on its own. In each carboy, the top 3-4 inches are completely clear, but there's a clearly defined haze which goes from the clear line down to the debri at the bottom. The line betwen the clear wine and the haze is very sharp. I've waited for about 2 weeks after fining, and nothing's changed. Any idea what's causing this? Lee |
